"This report can no longer be reopened" >> Can you help me reopen a closed report?

I get this error message when I try to reopen a closed report:
"This report can no longer be reopened: The report status has changed since you started reviewing it. Please refresh the page to view the current status."
Refreshing the page doesn't resolve the issue.

Impacting two reports:
ID: 34684179
ID: 33717336

    Hi @lmhk, welcome to the Community! To start, thank you for sharing those report IDs, they were the perfect information to get me started. That being said, this is an odd one and I have a couple steps for you to try. If these steps don't resolve this, let me know and I'll reach out via email so we can work on this together.

    1. Can you navigate to report ID 34684179 and click the "Take Control" button, then the "Reopen" button.

    If you get the same error, please try step two below.

    1. Please open an incognito window and try to reopen the report after taking control.
