How do I allow my manager the ability to see the report, if they don't have an account? I am the first person in my company to use the service.

If you need to submit your reports for approval and reimbursement within Expensify, your manager will need to be added to the Policy. If that's the case you can head to Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > People and invite your manager to the Policy. Please find more information on this in this help article.
Now, if you simply need to share a PDF of the report with your manager you can do so by including their email address in the "CC" field when submitting your report to someone on your policy.
Another way is to click the "share" button from within the report when viewing it from the website version of your account.
