How do I clear old messages from my inbox? Before my company was officially connected to my accounting software I was adding transactions manually, but those tasks to export are still in my inbox. I want to clear them!

Since these reports are asking to be exported, only that action will clear them from your Inbox page. I recommend marking the reports as manually exported to QuickBooks Online instead, which should clear them from your Inbox without exporting them to QBO. (Below)
