Chase Credit Card Import Problems

I am trying to import my chase credit card into Expensify. I turned everything on on the Chase side per the Expensify documentation. I continue to get the Invalid Credentials error, even though I have validated my Chase login. I am on the trial version, as I want to make sure it works for me before using this tool. Not sure if that matters. The receipt capture works great, just need the credit card import to work.
