Splitting Expenses Between Customers

I have a client who often splits a single expense between more than 1 customer. They will also split an expense between a billable portion and a non-billable portion (for example, they have a company policy to limit billed meal expenses with clients at a certain dollar amount). Can Expensify do this, and if so how?

In Expensify this would be accomplished by splitting the expense into it's billable and non-billable parts. Each part would then be marked as either billable or non-billable and could be tagged with the corresponding customer.
