Hi everyone. My name is Rita and I have a lot of NEW in my life this year. New to Oregon.... moved from NJ. New to opening an LLC... Kartal Homes. New to a CRM... Realoffice 360 and that is where I learned about Expensify....so New to this as well. I used to be a bookkeeper so i have no problem keeping track of my expenses however with the new company and the new CRM and this forum, I figured I start the new year a bit differently. I will not put 2018 on here since I have everything in excel in detail but have been playing around with it to start 2019 fresh. I do have a ton of questions. I was originally thinking of getting quickbooks since I have used that in the past before finding expensify so hopefully all my needs could be met here and I will not need to spend any more than I have to. thank you all

Hi @ritak689, welcome to the Community! It's so exciting to move to a new place and you weren't lying when you said you had A LOT of new this year, congratulations to you! I am newer to Oregon myself, having moved here last year from northern Wisconsin. I'm loving the fact that I don't have snow three quarters of the year, that's for sure.

I think Expensify is going to be a great fit for you and since you've already found the Community you're on a wonderful path forward. I really hope that I see you around the Community more as you learn the ins and outs of Expensify.

Regarding Barclays, just a heads up that while we can discuss connections in general in the Community we do not troubleshoot any connection issues here. Connection issues often require account details and we'd never ask you to share those publicly in the Community.

Sadly, Barclays requires two-factor authentication to connect third-party software and we cannot support 2FA logins for banks at this time. My team is very hard at work creating connections that can though, and any updates to the Barclays connection will be announced in the Community!

Hi everyone! My name is Trudie KrieI from South Africa (SA) and working for an agricultural industry who is an animal feed manufacturing company. I am a newbie, and still have loads to learn here. I do all the travel for flights and accommodation for the group in SA for domestic and international as well as for our colleagues from abroad when in SA. And I pay for all bookings with my company credit card and my days are hectic in general and believe that this platform will make my life much easier.

It sounds like you have a lot to manage and I'm glad that Expensify gets to be a part of carrying that workload for you. As you learn more about Expensify and discover ways to make your expense reporting less of a chore, I hope you share that knowledge with the rest of the Community.

I'm not sure if you're using anything specific to book travel, but we do offer a few fantastic integrations you might want to take a look at. Additionally, if you haven't already seen it, we offer a few live training webinars that you can sign up for here.

Hello everybody, I'm a brand new user. CPA with offices in Tampa focused in hispanic small business, We use QBOA and QBDTA and Intuit Online payroll to serve a small group of 42 clients. I think this program can enhance our services to our customer base.

Hi! My name is Jordan Lierz and I am the Expensify Admin for my Company's policy.

I'm joining the forum to browse the different ideas posted as well as contribute my own ideas for improvements points.

My Company uses Great Plains from a GL perspective, we have roughly 650 employees spread across 19 locations and we are using Expensify for company credit cards as well as reimbursable expenses on a personal card.
