Hi, y'all, I'm running a very small construction company, trying to make it easier for folks in the (dirty, dusty, rainy, cold, hot, sunny, wonderful) field to capture our (thermal paper cash register) receipts before the sun erases them on the dashboards of their trucks. I've been playing with Expensify for a couple of years, on and off, using myself as the guinea pig before I roll it out further.
I show most of my Clients most of our receipts (in paper photocopy format) for their warranty purposes, but only rarely bill them directly to those clients for payment. Right now, I'm trying to figure out whether Expensify's Expense or Invoice formats can work for us, so they'll have actual images without having paper (unless they decide to print).
I guess most users are busy trying to fend off the taxman while getting their people paid quickly - which for us is just weekly routine. I haven't figured out if the extra effort of Categorizing and tagging will actually pay off for us or not.

Hi, We used Expensify for a year now, and have about 30 remote users. Our company is in the Travel Industry and use Expensify to pay the tour guides throughout the States, and hopefully the world soon. Now I hope to use the community's knowledge base to streamline the sync to quickbooks online to get some more specific reporting at year end. I appreciate everyone sharing the wealth of experience and knowledge with us newbies.

My boss, of our small 8-person team, just asked "Any feedback from using Expensify after a few months? Happy about the change or should we go back to Excel?". I told him someone is gonna get cut if we go back!!

I used this product, for my Ride Cell contract. Easy to use, got reimbursed the following week. It was really quite easy, scan each receipt, and then submit! Easy peasy!
