Hi Everyone! I am Julieta, one of the Admins for Expensify and in charge of implementing Expensify in our company. We are a small company, with 30 corporate card users, we use Quickbooks as our accounting system and Fishbowl as our Production/Inventory Management Solution. At present we prepare our expense reports in excel which comes with a lot of headaches for the end users and the accounting employees who have to process those expenses. We hope Expensify will make everyone's lives better! I have used the Community knowledge database many times during the implementation and found it very useful. At this stage I am more of a consumer of knowledge than a producer of one. Hopefully I will get there one day where I can share my Expensify knowledge with this Community

I have a question right out of the gate. If our firm gets several employees to join Expensify as part of our company team account, will I as the accountant have the ability to review all the invoices that team members upload and make sure that they get coded into our QuickBooks system properly?

@peter_Expfy5060 Yep! You will also be able to put this through an approval workflow so others can review before you as well. You will have the ability to edit the report and we will record and report action in an audit history on the report as well.

I'm the Expense auditor at my company. I train new US employees how to use Expensify and do most of the admin work including reviewing reports, exporting, setting configuration, etc.
I love Expensify, and would love to see it grow into a software that we can use company wide!

We are a small high tech startup (32 payroll) and was looking for a expense reporting solution. Was very surprised to see all the conveve surrounding the woke nature of expensify that was blasted two yrs ago...
I seperate my business from my politics, but this did give pause... what is the current state of this?
- Was the CEO reprimanded (I assume not since he started the company)?
- Is your customer base now apolitical or also woke?
- What effects has this had if any over the past two years?
Was a interesting choice to put personal politics in front of good business practice, appreciate any thoughts.
