This happens to me only with the invoices of one supplier.
The system translates it into strange characters. Any idea how to solve it?
Hi @diegocal, thanks for sharing this! Can you confirm the merchant for me, since it's hard to tell from the screenshot you shared?
Are these receipts you're emailing to [email protected]? If so, are you using Outlook as your email provider? On rare occasions, we've had issues with receipts coming from Outlook appearing similar to what you're seeing, and I'd like to rule it out if possible.

Hello again Sheena, the merchant is Scarlet, a Belgian internet provider. As an email client, I am using google Inbox. I can send you a copy of the invoice by private message if required.
