Currently users are using debit cards that post against the checking account. Now the users will be using AmEx cards. How do I switch those accounts so that then are posted correctly?
Hi @Cyndi_C2, will the Amex card be connected in Domain Control > Company Cards and assigned to cardholders from there? Or, are the cardholders going to be adding the cards individually to their own accounts?
Additionally, are you using a connected accounting package? If so, which one?
Amex card to be connected in Domain Control. Accounting package is QBO.
