Add expense comments as report column

Hi everyone,

my expense comments are currently listed below the report table (linked with numbers to the exact row. Is it possible that the comments are added as column to the report? I can't find the settings to edit the different columns for a report.

    Hi @Anna93 Welcome to the Expensify Community!

    Great question! This is related to your layout. The layout you have selected is 'Single Table' which includes the categories as columns, so there's no room for the Comments.

    If you switch to 'Breakdown by Group' which groups by Category, the comments will shift back to their own column.
