Hi, I'm set up as a CoPilot on our business account, but I'm not receiving email notifications when reports have been created or submitted for me to approve. What is the best way to set this up?
Hey @CKeetch, thanks for posting to the Community! I checked your account and see that your email preferences settings are all enabled, therefore you should be receiving emails from Expensify on actions (submissions, approvals, rejections, forwards, and reimbursements) taken on your reports.
Now, I would like to clarify that you will not receive email notifications for changes made on reports when you are logged in as a Copilot. The account owner is the one who will receive notifications about that, if they have their email notifications settings enabled as well!

Thanks @IsabelaStisser! Should I receive emails when someone on my team submits a report to be approved? Or will that email only go to the "approver" listed on their profile?
Hi @CKeetch that will all only go to the Approver. Potentially they could set up an auto-forward on the notification email to it also comes to you?
