@AlanPhay, Did you reach out to support? There is not a way that I know of to recover a deleted policy. I would assume that it would probably be quicker to just set up the policy again.

Yes you are correct, support has replied that they are unable to recover, have to setup again. Problem is there were existing reports in process that are now not under any policy categorized under 'not shared'.

@AlanPhay, you could probably have the users retract their reports, then submit them again or reject them and submit them again. When that happens the report will be submitted under the proper policy.
