Approved Reports for Reimbursements

I am not getting notification of approved reports for reimbursements. Reimbursements are done manually. Without notifications, I often miss reimbursing reports until employee advises they are waiting - I used to get an email stating they were waiting for reimbursement. Has something change? Is there a setting I should be considering.

    Hi @Pegs, can you share with me the report ID of a report you expected to get a notification for but didn't? Typically as long as you're set as the default reimburser in the Policy > Reimbursement tab, you should receive a notification, but I want to confirm with a real-life example since you appear to be set up correctly.
