Expensify integration with FinancialForce FFA instead of PSA

Hello! I'm having some difficulty integrating FinancialForce FFA with Expensify and would love some help. The issue seems to be that I have installed the FFA connection per the documentation, yet somehow when I configure the connection in Expensify I'm getting PSA configuration options. I can't tell if I installed the wrong bundle (which would be incorrectly named) or if there's something else which causes the connection configuration to use PSA settings rather than FFA.

    Hey @dcampbellGH

That's definitely awkward. The connection should show you the options for FFA based on your FinancialForce setup.

I took a peek on our side and it seems like you've connected to a Sandbox setup. Can you please try these steps:

    • uninstall the Expensify Bundle from FinancialForce.
    • remove the FinancialForce connection from the Expensify Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > Connections page.
    • reinstall the Expensify Bundle following the setup guide here again.

If you still end up connected to the wrong instance, please let me know!
