Some Quickbooks Online Accounts not syncing with Expensify

Hi there,

I have connected our Expensify company policy with our Quickbooks Online account. This has successfully synced all of our Chart of Accounts and Classes, which is great.

For some reason, however, a small portion of our Accounts from the Chart of Accounts do not appear in Expensify. We use an account numbering system, anything in Quickbooks with an account number begining in '2' doesn't seem to be syncing with Expensify.

Have you come accross an error like this before and are you aware of any fix?
