Picture -> Thumbnail, Document -> full page

For receipts that have pictures as receipts, the thumbnails work fine, as it's readable and you can zoom. However, for (pdf) docs you send via email, or attach as document, Thumbnails are useless. I know we can include full page images, but then our customers freak out because they don't want a 20 page expense report.
So, the solution: If it's an picture: show as thumbnail in the report, if it's a document, show as full page image.
Is there any change this can/will happen? It's currently preventing us from using Expensify in our organization.
Another (less desirable) option could be to be able to 'mark' a document/receipt to be included as full page image rather than thumbnail.

Hi @RobvB, thanks for posting and sharing your use case. Sadly, this isn't a change we're able to make at this time, nor is it one on our roadmap.

Another option for receipt images is to export the report to a spreadsheet and include the URL that links directly to each receipt image on each expense line item. Would this work at all for your team? If so, you can learn more about this in our Help Center here.
