When will the SmartScan "improvements" be finished?

When will the SmartScan "improvements" be finished? The information box at the top of the page says that there may be "delays" of "up to 24 hours for receipts completing "SmartScan." I have had receipts in "SmartScan" for almost 48 hours that are still showing as "SmartScanning...This takes a short while...." It appears I will have to detach those receipts and enter manually..... It seems the Notice of 24-hour delays in the Information Box needs to be updated/corrected to indicate that the 24-hour delay is on the low probability; more likely up to 48 hours (or, more?)....
