Our company changed Domains

Our company changed domains recently and we have users adding secondary logins and making the new domain their primary. We recently hired some new employees and I have invited them to old domain. I can see them in the policy, but can not assign a card to them. How can I do this?

    Hi @dgobea, thanks for posting a great question. You will only be able to assign a credit card to an employee whose primary email for their Expensify account matches the domain the card is connected to.

    If you're operating under an old and new domain, and don't plan to consolidate under a single domain, then you'd want employees to use the correct primary email and most likely would need to connect the card account to both domains.
