I got two logins, maybe this is the problem. On the app i can add categories but not on the WEB UI. Could you please check my account(s) and help me out.
Hi @cafli, thanks for sending that back. You will be able to edit your categories by following Settings > Policies > Individual > [Personal] policy > Categories tab.
The screenshot you sent back shows you're in your personal settings, which are account specific settings that aren't affected by belonging to a company policy. Your individual categories are located in your Individual policy, which controls your account when not part of a company policy.
If you follow the navigation I shared above and still can't find your categories, let me know!

Hi @cafli - Can you confirm if you're logged in using the same email on both the mobile app and the web app? If not, that could definitely be the issue.
Can you tell me more about what happens when you try to add categories in the web app? Do you receive an error?

Hi Sheena, same account on both ends. Even if I log in with the "private" email account I end up with the corporate email. On the web app I can't even see the categories. I add a screenshot from the only sub menu I can see.
