I took over as a policy admin, and when I look at the billing history, I only see invoices from when I started. How would I find copies of past invoices from Expensify prior to when I took over the policy?

If your previous admin did not save these somewhere in your accounting system, you'll need to access their Expensify account to get them.
If the Expensify account has not been completely deleted, your IT team should be able to give you access to that person's email inbox so that you can reset their Expensify password and access the account.
