Sage Intacct and Domain Control Integration with Multi-Currency

Hey there,

I have Sage Intacct and use Domain Control with my corporate cards. I have USD cards and CAD cards.

Currently, the CAD cards import in CAD to Intacct, but the USD cards convert to CAD in Expensify and then import as the CAD equivalent into Intacct but we need the USD cards to import as USD in Intacct.

Any guidance?

Hi @jweening, thanks for the question! If you need expenses to be reported in different currencies, you'll want to create a policy for each different currency.

For example, it sounds like you need two currencies; USD and CAD. You would create a policy for each and invite the employees that need to submit CAD expenses to the CAD policy, likewise for the USD expenses and policy.

If your USD policy would be identical to your CAD policy, save the currency, the policy owner can duplicate the policy to save time and carry over the settings from one policy to another.
