Moving a report from 1 account to another in expensify

I have two different expensify accounts with different emails. I mistakenly saved all my expenses last month to the wrong account. Is there a way to simply switch the report to the other account (different email and password)?

It sounds like in this scenario, you might benefit from merging the accounts together.
To merge two accounts go to Settings > Your Account > Account Details and scroll to the Merge Accounts section. This will merge the two accounts into one. All of the reports, imported cards, secondary logins and most settings will be brought into your new account.

We keep two Expensify accounts as well because we need to export the reports to TWO different Quickbooks accounts. If we merge the two accounts into one, will we be able to export various expense reports to different Quickbooks Online accounts?

Hi @JPJ - every policy in Expensify can be connected to one QuickBooks Online account. So if you want to export to different QBO accounts you will just need to create additional policies and set those up to be connected to the relevant QBO accounts.
