any setting or function that can limit the users ' visibility towards other's expenses report? Right now the expenses report are all open for everyone in the policy to view. (though it's view only I would prefer only limited to respective team or respective supervisor )

Hi @H_C, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community! Any member of your policy who has the policy admin role will be able to see expenses reports across the entire policy.

If you want some employees who do not have this visibility, you'll want to make sure they have the employee role in the policy. To set roles, navigate to your Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > People tab, and click the Cog to the far right of each email. You'll see three roles; Employee, Policy Admin, and Auditor. Click on Employee and the role will be applied.

A policy member with the employee role can see the expenses and reports in their own account and the expenses and reports of anything submitted to them for approval. This means that a policy member with the employee role can still be a part of the approval workflow, without gaining visibility on expenses they don't directly approve.

If you have any other questions, let us know!

@Sheena Trepanier does the auditor role also have the ability to view all users' expense reports just like the admin? If so, can an auditor role also pull the same reporting via the integration server?

@ZyloBen The auditor can view all of the same reports just like an admin but they can only export manually to a CSV, they won't be able to export to an accounting package via the integration server. For a full list of what an auditor can do check out this article.
