You have unlimited access to Track and Submit plan functionality, including unlimited SmartScans! Your subscription is managed by and billed by Apple. It will renew on January 11th, 2019.
How did their subscription manage to be managed by Apple??

Hi @johnm, it sounds like they installed the app, set up an Expensify account and began a free trial via the app, before they were invited to the company policy.
They can delete their personal subscription from the App Store.
