We have several users (6) that are on a variety of subscriptions from free to

How do I get all the users on the same level of Individual Subscription, using their own Policy?
Under the Settings/Policies tab they tell me they see "Individual" and "Group" options. Are these two separate subscription levels? And should they all only be on "Individual"?
Thank you.

Hi @johnm, the easiest way to get everyone on the same plan is to create a Group policy to house all members. However, if you want employees to have their own Individual Subscription, anyone with a Group tab should delete the Group policy they own. (below)
Once employees with Group policies remove them, they will only have an Individual tab and setting up an Individual Subscription is a breeze. (below)

Hi @johnm - they can still use categories, but not tags.
Categories usually represent your GL codes, whereas tags are things like department, customer, location, job, project etc.

Thank you very much.
I will give your suggestion as try. -
In reviewing your suggestion of having the members delete their Group Policy, I can see at least one drawback. It appears that once they delete the Group subscription they lose the ability to "code" their expenses to an expense account code for their reference. For example, lets say the code for Travel related expenses were 6544-xxxx. An "Individual" subscription does not retain the ability to post expenses to individual account codes. Is that correct?
