Withdrawal account already set up - what is the status?

Hi there,
We are new to Expensify and still setting up and testing. Trying to set up withdrawal bank account but it keeps saying "you already set up a withdrawal account with the same account numbers". Is this because the another policy admin set up and should share? How do we know the status of the set up and validation of this withdrawal account?
