Trying to connect Expensify to Quickbooks desktop but I do not see a pop-up Application Certificate in order to choose "Yes, Always allow access even if Quickbooks is not running". Where to go from here?
Can I please get you to:
A. Remove Expensify Sync Manager from your integrated applications list in QuickBooks Desktop
B. Try closing out of the Sync Manager completely (you might want to use Task Manager to end the task) and then right click on the Sync Manager icon on your desktop? From there, select "Run as administrator" and then try syncing your policy again.
