Adding personal bank information

I am the admin for our policy. I have seen answers to how to find your banking information when you are using a credit card. We use Expensify to reimburse employees for expenses...these reimbursements go to their personal bank account. One of them has a local bank that does not show up. How can I add his information?

    Hi @kfoos, if an employee is adding their deposit account and their bank does not show up in the list, they can choose to enter the bank by sharing their account and routing number instead. (Below)

    This option is protected and secure, but suitable for smaller banks that do not show up in the list of available banks to log into.
