Is there a way to delete unwanted documents/receipts that show up in the attach receipts popup window?
Hi @gsampson, thanks for posting to the Community! Yes, you can detach a receipt from expenses that are listed as Open. You can simply open the expense on your Expenses page and click on the detach receipt option:
For documents, you can detach them from reports if they're listed as Open as well, by opening the report and scrolling down to the Documents section.

I'd like to delete these so they don't show up in the list.

That is the problem. They aren't in a report and aren't needed. They ended up there after deleting them from a report but there doesn't seem to be a way to delete them for good.
@gsampson FOUND IT! I had the same problem. When you're in the main Expenses tab, there's a pull down where you can select "Documents". Your receipts will show up there - then you can click the box to select, and hit the trash can. I hope that makes sense.
