API error upon uploading expenses (error 410 and 403)

Hi all!

We are using the Expensify support on a monthly basis to upload our expenses from a .csv file. It has been working smoothly for the past 1+ year, but today we are struggling with some issues.

More specifically, we are running into the following issues:
1. Upload 1 expense – it works
2. Upload another set of expenses – it fails, with error 410 ("Could not created transaction list")
3. Upload any other expense – it fails, with error 403 ("Authentication error, Unauthorized source")
4. It then becomes impossible to upload anything for a certain time, and then the API becomes available again. (I guess the unauthorized authentication times out at some point)

Anyone ever seen these errors popping and would know a reason why these happened?

Thanks!
Ivan
