My expensify account is linked with a bank account and I got a reimbursement last two week. But today I found that the bank account was already closed...Now where could I find my reimbursement back? Thank you.
Hi @Mingo - you should always be able to check your reports to see whether the reimbursement has been Confirmed, or if it is still Withdrawing. If the account is now closed but you have reports that are still Withdrawing, these will revert to an Approved state and your Policy Admin will need to reimburse the report again.

Hi @Mingo, thanks for sharing the information! If the reports are listed as Closed you can then reopen them and submit for approval and reimbursement once you have added a new bank account.
