Unable to export data to QuickBooks Desktop due to "Global exception error"

Hi Expensify has stopped exporting data to Quickbooks giving a global exception error
it also fails when i run the sync now from policies tab.
we recently had to re install quickbooks on the server and i am wondering if some related install files were deleted?

@Matthew99 If the Expensify Sync Manager is on the same server as your QuickBooks Desktop program it should still work. You may need to disconnect and reconnect within your policy because the permissions may have been reset when you re-installed QuickBooks. If you are still getting an error when connecting, reach out to [email protected] with the sync manager logs by double clicking the version number in the bottom left corner.
