You can do so by navigating to the Lufthansa Manage Trips or calling them directly at 📲 +1~802-346-1080 (USA) And ☎ +1!!802!!346!!1080, However, if you modify after these 24 hours, you will be charged for a Lufthansa cancellation/change Flight fee that may vary depending on several reasons.
