To refund a payment on Venmo, navigate to the "Incomplete" section under the main menu and select the payment you wish to refund. Click on the "Refund" option and confirm the action. Please note that this process should be done within 180 days of the payment date. For transactions beyond this period, kindly contact the sender for a new transaction. Always ensure to use secure networks when conducting such operations.
