NetSuite role does not have permission

Why do I get the below error trying to export a report to NetSuite from Expensify? It says below that employees don’t need NS access or a NS license to submit expense reports for export into NS.

I already have a connection set-up with a user called Expensify and this user has the Expensify Integration and the Administrator role. I thought this was the user that did all of the exporting into NetSuite.

Please advise.

Hi @CPAFirm_Wallace! In order for us to create an employee in NetSuite, you'll need to make sure that the Expensify Integration role has Full permissions for employees under the list tab.

On the other hand, if the employee record already exists in NetSuite, this error actually means that we aren't finding it. If it does exist, make sure that the employee is on the same subsidiary that is selected in your policy.
