For our company the Policy Administrator does not equal the Expenses/Accounting team.
Could we delegate the contact of Expense Violations to a different email?
Hi @edison! The violations should be seen by the report approver or the report creator if the report hasn't been submitted yet. Can you clarify what violation message you are referring to?
Hi @Nicole Trepanier! Sorry should've been more clear. Looks like the violation I was referring to is the submission blocker. Attached is the example for us where we do not allow more than 45 days of expenses.
Let me know if I can clarify any further!
In the above example it's sending an email to `[email protected]` but I'm not in Accounting -- rather just handle any administration and connections between our ERP and Expensify. We'd like to change that email without changing the policy administrator.
(Edit note: also looks like Expensify removed markdown 😭)
Hi @edison, circling back and sharing that. The email listed there will always be the policy owner. At this time the only way to update the email is to change the billing owner, this isn't what you want to do.
I'm going to update the title of this to be more clear so other customers can lend their weight to the feature request.
Thanks again for adding this!
