What is going on with credit card loading dock lately?
Within the past few months (using app for 2.5 yrs) our corporate credit card users are experiencing some kind of blind dump into their expenses que.
The card users can not see these expense items, (no, their date filters are not blocking it) thus they can not report on them, but our policy admin can. This is creating alot of extra work for our policy admin.
Has anyone had this happen lately? Is this a synch issue? Is this a settings issue?
Everything had been fine up til about about Dec/Jan. Thanks!
