Expensify.org/hunger SNAP campaign status (updated April 3, 2020)

The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that’s submitted per our instructions.

Thanks for your patience!

What is going on with credit card loading dock lately?

LLPLLP Expensify Customer Posts: 3 Expensify Newcomer

Within the past few months (using app for 2.5 yrs) our corporate credit card users are experiencing some kind of blind dump into their expenses que.

The card users can not see these expense items, (no, their date filters are not blocking it) thus they can not report on them, but our policy admin can. This is creating alot of extra work for our policy admin.

Has anyone had this happen lately? Is this a synch issue? Is this a settings issue?

Everything had been fine up til about about Dec/Jan. Thanks!

Hi @llp thank you for posting in the Community. This behavior sounds very odd and not something I've personally seen before. Because this would require you to share some pretty sensitive screenshots (of your account settings or domain control settings) I'd ask that you email us at [email protected]

That email gets you to the Success Team and we can help investigate this privately outside a public space like the Community.

Be sure to include as much information as you can, such as:

    • emails of cardholders affected by this
    • examples of expenses
    • screenshots from the cardholder's account showing now expenses visible, if you have them

    Thank you so much!
