The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that’s submitted per our instructions.

SmartScan Error Message

Why do I occasionally get an error message, "You're Out Of SmartScans!" when I have already paid and been using the "Upgrade?" It went away for a while, but now it is back. If I click the "Upgrade" button again, it tells me I already have a subscription. How frustrating-it is just a loop that leads no where, and now I am paying for something I cannot use. Does anyone know if this is fixable? Permanently?
