One of my employees is creating a different report each time he enters charges. He has not submitted any of the reports, so I'm confused as to what he is doing. HELP!
Hi @SESSJulie, thanks for reaching out to the community! A great first place to start when investigating why reports are being created or submitted by concierge is the policy > Reports section. In this section you may have enabled Scheduled Submit, which would create and submit reports for employees based on the frequency you selected.
If you have Scheduled Submit disabled or set to a Manual frequency, an employee's own personal Scheduled Submit settings would come into effect.
I would recommend checking on the policy level Scheduled Submit settings and the individual levels as well.
