The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. Previous imported cards as personal - need to change to commercial card

We previously imported cards through our personal settings. We now have the Domain Control set up and I would like to assign the PEX cards up as company cards. When I assign the cards it makes the employees admins. How do I change the previously imported personal PEX cards to company PEX cards?

    Hi @Lesliepainter1, thanks for posting! I know you also reached out to us through the app and I responded to you about 15 hours ago. Because troubleshooting credit card connections often require sharing account information that we'd never ask you to share publicly, please head back to your account and you should see the message from me there. If it's not there, you may have it in your email as well.

    If you can respond on that message, we can work together to get this squared away and your PEX cards importing as you need.
