Billable Expenses changes
Update: We've changed the way Billable Expenses work in Expensify.
Don't re-bill expenses to customers? You can now disable billable expenses and hide the billable checkbox from your employees. This will help avoid any confusion between when expenses should be marked as reimbursable
If you do re-bill expenses, you can now find billable preferences under the policy settings. To manage new or existing preferences, just navigate to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] and click on the Expenses tab.
Note: Any current preferences have not been affected by this change. However, preferences will no longer be managed from your Domain Control settings — please find them in your policy settings instead.
