Additional Report Statuses, like 'Archived'
It'd be great if there were more Report status names. We have almost 400 employees, and I process anywhere from 200-300 reports a week. It'd be great if there were additional report status names that would make it easier to filter the data I'm looking for.
I have heard the same request from my end users. They only want to see 'recent' information. They wish they had the ability to auto archive a report so that it's still available for viewing, but just doesn't come up in their reports section.
(On another note, the filters that are applied in reports aren't always 'sticky'. Someone may customize the view of how they want items to show up in the reports section by date or status, but it doesn't hold long term)

1. Add additional status labels (fixed): I can only think of Received (by employee) and Archived (get-it-out-of-my-default-view)
2. Support custom (per user) list of lables/colors (e.g. a-la-gmail)
My current usecase for 1 is that I want to confirm with my bank that I am getting everything and marked it as received.

We don't use that as we manually reimburse expenses outside of Expensify, and for expenses that are not reimbursable the closed status would help greatly for those reports that have already been reconciled by our accountant.
