What is the best way for a single user to manage two accounts managed by different companies?

Hello, what would be the best way for a single user to manage two accounts managed by different companies? In this case: My boss has an Expensify account controlled by company A and an Expensify account controlled by company B. Both have already been created in Expensify, [email protected] and [email protected] respectively, and both have a number of policies specific to their needs.
As he logs expenses to both accounts throughout the day he has to log out and log back in on his mobile as he goes or leave one companies receipts till the end of day and make the switch then.
So far the best solution I can find is to set up copilot access on his accounts to at least make swapping between accounts easier to handle as he goes. Is there a better way?
Thank you,

Hi @Braden! Copilot is a feature that was created with this type of situation in mind. It has an easy option on both mobile and the web to switch back and forth between multiple accounts.
If anyone else does have any tips for how they deal with multiple accounts other than copilot, I'd love to hear them too.
Merging accounts isn't an option if either company uses domain control.

@Braden If he merged accounts, he would see all of his reports under a single login and he would have to just make sure he is submitting his expenses under the correct company policy.

Hi @Nicole Trepanier, if the two companies don't use domain control would merging accounts work? Would it make him log in with his primary ([email protected]) and he would just see everything for Company A and Company B and submit to both by selecting their policies? E.G, submit to travelA, submit to suppliesB, submit to travelA.
