How can I separate my employees so they see different per diem rates?

I have 3 groups of per diems. One for sales, one for managers and one for other. I only want 'other ' to see their rate and I only want 'sales' to see their rate. Is there a way to do that?

Hi @RobynF, welcome to the Community and thanks for sharing with us. The way to achieve this separation is with multiple policies, one for each group of per diems.
You can create additional policies at no extra cost as long as the same Expensify account is the owner of all of them. All the policies owned by the account will be subject to the subscription method selected; Annual Subscription or Pay-Per-Use.
You can create additional policies, if that is you wish, from the Settings > Policies > Group page. On that page, click the New Policy button to start a fresh policy or you can duplicate an existing policy using the Cog to the far right of the policy name.
