How do I get my customers into Expensify from Xero?

I'm trying to get my customers from Xero into Expensify, and NOTHING I try is working. Help!

Sheena Trepanier Expensify Team, Approved! Accountant, Expensify Student Ambassador Posts: 1,362 Expensify TeamYou can import your customers from Xero if you enable 'Billable Expenses' in the configuration in Expensify.
From your Settings > Policies > Groups > click on [Policy Name] > Connections tab, you'll see a Configuration button under the Xero connection. Click that button and then the Coding tab of the Xero settings, from there click the green toggle to enable billable expenses. Once you do, save the configuration and resync your policy to import your customers.
