The GPS mileage tracker is not working for one of our account managers. Could we have someone help?
One of out account managers is having issues with his mileage GPS tracker. He says the app stops working mid-way and is not giving the correct amount of miles. We have made sure he was stays in phone service, has updated his app, and never closes out of the app while it is running. Please advise on how we can fix this.
