I set up expensify for my company but I would like someone from my finance department to receive the billing receipt and submit the billing report instead of me. How can I make that happen?

Great question! You will simply want to have the correct person take over billing, which can be done in just a few clicks.
To have another Policy Admin over billing, have them go to Settings > Policies > Group and click on the appropriate policy name. Then, on the policy Overview page, click on Take Over Billing.
If they do not already have a billing card entered in your settings, you will be prompted to add one once you click "Take Over Billing". They will need to add a billing card to complete the transfer.
