Automatically creating a report

I have several users on a policy and some of them have their cc activity automatically bundled into a report and some of them have to manually add the activity. And ideas on how to get them all to automatically go to an open report?

Hey @bteegardin !

Have you checked out our Scheduled Submit feature? It will help you automate report creation and submission schedules. You can configure this in Settings > Group > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit and it will become the default behavior for all policy users.
