I have a few older reports for $0.00 amount for terminated employees and a couple of current employees. Can I remove these reports ?
Hi @DebbieT , to do this you would need to gain access to the user accounts and delete the reports. Only users can delete reports, so for the current ones, just ask them to.
For the terminated employees, it's probably a good idea to do this, or if you use Domain Control, delete the user completely - it won't delete submitted reports.
